Flagship Flex Pack Ticket Redemption Instructions
Using Your Mobile Device Follow the Instructions Below:
1. Log into your UMass Athletics Ticket Account at umassathletics.com/myaccount using the email used to purchase or accept your vouchers.
2. Tap “Exchange Tickets”
3. Tap “UMass Flagship Flex Pack Vouchers”
4. Select a voucher for every ticket that you would like to redeem.
5. Select your game
6. Select your tickets
7. Select Mobile Delivery
8. Finalize the exchange and get your tickets!
Vouchers must be redeemed 24 hours prior to the game that you would like to attend.
Important Hockey & Men's Basketball Parking Information:
Parking lots closely surrounding the Mullins Center require a paid parking pass for gameday. Parking passes may be purchased for $12 in advance. UMass Athletics encourages fans to secure a parking pass in advance. Gameday parking, if available, will be $17 (card only). Click Here For FAQ
Complimentary Parking is offered for all Women's Basketball games in Lot 25 and Lot 12.
