Massachusetts Athletics appreciates your support as a season ticket member. Purchasing season tickets and attending games plays an important role in the experience of our student-athletes. Every person wearing maroon and white with pride at the Mullins Center on gameday makes a difference.
The Minutemen Club is excited to announce the creation of the Script U Scholarship Society, a fundraising initiative created to support the growing investment Massachusetts Athletics is making in our 21 sport programs. With the expected changes in NCAA Division I athletics coming later this Spring, it will require us to increase our scholarship support to stay competitive. Each Script U gift will allow passionate UMass alums and fans to help UMass meet the total annual scholarship cost and additional benefits for UMass student-athletes.
Donors to the Script U Scholarship Society will directly support student-athlete scholarships and help our sport programs recruit, retain, and develop the best and brightest from across our region, the country and internationally. Every tax-deductible gift is an investment in our student-athletes and the future of academic and competitive success for UMass Athletics.

Courtside Seating

Youth Season Tickets - Just $50!
Bring the next generation of fans to the Mullins Center with our family-friendly youth season tickets, back for the 2025–26 season! At just $50 each, you’ll save $60 per ticket—making this the best value in the arena. This special offer is available only in person at the Mullins Center Box Office or by phone at 413-545-0810. Be sure to mention the Youth Season Ticket Discount when speaking with a member of our ticket sales team.
Young Alumni Season Tickets
Stay part of the action and keep your UMass pride alive with discounted season tickets just for young alumni. Graduates from the Classes of 2021–2025 are eligible for exclusive pricing on UMass women’s basketball season tickets—making it easier than ever to cheer on the Minutewomen from the stands. This special offer is available only in person at the Mullins Center Box Office or by phone at 413-545-0810. Be sure to mention the Young Alumni Discount when speaking with a ticket sales representative.
Seat Upgrades / Adding Seats
Season ticket members can add additional season tickets and/or change their seating location by contacting the UMass Athletics Ticket Office. Season ticket members are also encouraged to submit their seat upgrade request in the additional comments box of their online renewal or by calling 413-545-0810. Seat add-on and upgrade requests will be considered based on your Script U Scholarship Society donor level.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I am renewing my season tickets. Will I have the same seats as last year?
Yes, as long as you renew prior to the season ticket renewal deadline, July 17. If you do not renew by July 17, your seats will be released to the general public.
Does the Mullins Center charge for parking on gamedays?
For UMass women's basketball games, complimentary parking is offered in Lot 25. ADA parking is also located in Lot 25.
Can Faculty/Staff members pay by payroll deduction?
Yes, please contact the UMass Athletics Ticket Office and they will provide you with the correct documentation to pay via payroll deduction.
What is the Mullins Center bag policy?
New for the 2025-26 season, the Mullins Center will introduce a clear bag policy. Further details on the policy will be available soon.
Accessing Your Tickets
Once tickets are available, how will I access them?
2 weeks prior to the first home game, your tickets will be available for download in your My Account. You have full access to download and manage your tickets in your online account. We suggest that you download your tickets into your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android) well in advance of arrival on campus. The ticket will be scanned at the gate on your phone via QR code. DO NOT PRINT or screenshot mobile tickets, they will not be accepted at the gates. All-IN-1 Pass
The ALL-IN-1 Pass will return again as an option for all season ticket holders. ALL-IN-1 is a smart ticket that will simplify your digital wallet. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat and it will automatically update to the next game.
Can I send my tickets to someone else?
Simply, log into your My Account. Under your Manage My Account function, select transfer. Select the game and specific tickets that you would like to transfer. Enter the email address of the person that you would like to receive the tickets. Review the transfer and select Transfer Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?
Call the UMass Athletic Ticket Office at 866-UMASS-TIX to make other arrangements for your tickets as soon as possible.
