2024 SEASON TICKET HOLDER BENEFITS
50% Off In-Stadium BBQ
BACK FOR THE 2024 SEASON - Season ticket holders have the option to purchase a $60 season pass to the BBQ inside the stadium on game days! For just $10 per game, purchasers can make their way through the buffet style BBQ from gates open (90 minutes prior to kickoff) up until halftime. Food provided by the #1 Campus Dining can be enjoyed at the family dining section on the field level in front of sections 8 and 9. Season BBQ Passes include one (1) meal pass to each of the 6 UMass Football home games played at McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
Season Meal Passes are NOT exchangeable.
Exclusive Early Parking Access - New for the 2024 Football Season
Season ticket holders that upgrade their season parking to Lot 11 and Stadium Drive will have exclusive access to tailgating 30 minutes prior to all other patrons. Season ticket holders who have parking in Lott 11 or Stadium drive will be able to access their parking lots 4 hours and 30 minutes prior to kickoff. All other patrons will have access to their respective lots 4 hours prior to kickoff.
Exchanging Season Tickets
Offered again for the 2024 season, season ticket holders will have the ability to exchange tickets for five of the six home games played at McGuirk Alumni Stadium to ensure that no ticket goes unused. Tickets for the October 12 game versus Missouri are not eligible for exchange. Tickets cannot be exchanged into or out of that game. Tickets can be exchanged online or by simply contacting the UMass Athletics Ticket Office. Season ticket exchange arrangements must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of both the game which you are exchanging out of and the game you are exchanging into.
Season Ticket Holder Parking Options
All season ticket holders will receive 1 complimentary parking pass for every 4 tickets purchased to either Lot 22/33, South Stadium Loop, or the ADA Lot. Should season ticket holders wish to upgrade their parking, they can do so to Lot 11 or Stadium Drive for just $60.

GRIDIRON MEMBER BENEFITS
Returning for the 2024 season, Gridiron Club members at the “Captain” level and higher will receive complimentary parking in the dedicated parking section, inside Lot 11, adjacent to the Gridiron Tailgate that was established during the 2022 season. This will allow Gridiron Club members a premier parking location with proximity to the tailgating area and the entrance to the stadium. The number of parking passes will also be based on giving level. The Gridiron Tailgate located on the corner of Lot 11 and Stadium Drive will return for the 2024 season. The space will feature a large tent and seating area, along with bar-top tables and televisions, for all eligible attendees to enjoy prior to the game. Thomas' Smokey Pit Stop, owned and operated by UMass Football Alumni Darryl Thomas ‘01 and his wife Cassandra ‘01, will again be served at the tailgate. All Gridiron Club members at the “Captain” donation level ($250) and higher will have access to the pre-game tailgate. The number of passes to the tent is based on giving level and will be verified upon entry.

MOBILE TICKETING
Once tickets are available, how will I access them?
You will receive your tickets via email from umasstickets@admin.umass.edu and the subject line will read "Your Mobile Tickets have arrived!" Immediately, download those tickets into your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android). The ticket will be scanned at the gate on your phone via QR code. DO NOT PRINT or screenshot mobile tickets, they will not be accepted at the gates. At that time you will also be able to access your tickets in your My Account.
All-IN-1 Pass
The ALL-IN-1 Pass will return again as an option for all season ticket holders. ALL-IN-1 is a smart ticket that will simplify your digital wallet. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat and it will automatically update to the next game.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?
Call the UMass Athletic Ticket Office at 866-UMASS-TIX to make other arrangements for your tickets as soon as possible.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Simply, log into your online UMass Ticket account. Under your Manage My Account function, select transfer. Select the game and specific tickets that you would like to transfer. Enter the email address of the person that you would like to receive the tickets. Review the transfer and select Transfer Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
Can I print out the QR code and use it for admission?
No. Digital tickets must be scanned off a smartphone for entry.

Can Faculty/Staff members pay by payroll deduction?
Yes, please contact the UMass Athletics Ticket Office and they will provide you with the correct documentation to pay via payroll deduction.
How are Priority Points used?
Priority point totals, along with Minutemen Club giving level, help determine Minutemen Club benefits such as upgraded season ticket locations and parking, away game tickets, postseason tickets, new season ticket requests, etc. This process rewards Minutemen Club donors for their membership and commitment to Massachusetts Athletics. All seating and parking decisions are determined first by Minutemen Club annual giving level and secondly by priority points within each level. For individuals who give to a specific sport (i.e. Court Club or Pond Club), you are considered a Minutemen Club donor at that giving level for priority points ranking but only receive benefits associated through that sport. The most significant determining factor in ticket and parking locations is annual giving level.
What are the pregame and in-game hospitality options at McGuirk Alumni Stadium?
Pre-game and in-game hospitality is offered in the Jim and Ellen Hunt Room inside the Marty Jacobson Football Performance Center for Gridiron Club donors at $1,500 or above. For qualified donors, a game ticket is required for admittance to the Hunt Room.
